SMS Enrollment:
When you provide your phone number through our demo request forms (including on LinkedIn), we may use that number to enroll you in SMS follow-up campaigns to confirm your request and help schedule a meeting. These campaigns are managed through HubSpot and Sakari. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” or following the opt-out instructions in the message.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Site, we and our service providers (such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and RB2B) may automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with our Site. This may include:

  • With West-Com & TV Inc., our exclusive distributor, to fulfill customer inquiries and coordinate communications.

  • With service providers, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and similar vendors who help us operate, market, and improve our Site. These parties are contractually required to use information only on our behalf.

  • For legal reasons, when required by law or in response to lawful requests by public authorities.

  • In a business transfer, if LiNK undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) grants you certain rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of sales of personal information.

LiNK does not sell personal information. Currently, we do not offer automated self-service request tools. California residents may contact us at admin@linksmartroom.com for inquiries about their information.

We use appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
